Between Bearing Type Pump, BB3 Series KB3S / KB3D

These pump models can be manufactured to the clients' requirements and expectations. Both pump models have an opposed impeller arrangement. The KB3D pump comprises a double suction 1st impeller.

• Capacity: Upto 1500 (6604 U.S.gpm)
• Head: Upto 1650 (5413 ft)More higher capacity and head is possible when pumps are operated at higher speeds
• Temperature: -5º C~ + 200º C (23º F~ + 392º F)
• Flange Rating: ASME Class Cl. 300 / 600 / 900 / 1500 / 2500

Features:

• Design and manufacture as per API 610
• Easy inspection and repair maintenance of bearings and mechanical seal after removal of coupling spacer only. The rotor can be removed by disassembling upper half casing without disturbing suction / discharge piping and driver.
• Near centerline supported heavy duty axial split casing design to ensure high reliability under high pressure applications
• Low NPSH requirement is achieved with first stage double suction impeller in KB3D pumps
